Clean place. Pool closed at 10pm which I found Pool area is pretty. inconvenient specially being on summer vacations, with teens in the group. Breakfast was overpriced (not many options to eat) Noisy, our rooms were facing the boulevard, cars passing at all the time, lots of noise coming from the street.

During the IT issue weekend my flights was canceled and this hotel refused to refund my money which is totally wrong and charged me for the whole 3 day stay.

I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel which I found to be of a very high standard, even though it was one of the cheapest in the area. The only problem was that the beach that is easily accessible was not very interesting. You should know that Cancun is not really the paradise destination that it claims to be, it is highly industrialised tourism, the town is crisscrossed with highways and extremely over priced. But if you’re happy with that, this hotel is great

Great location and external facilities, including reception. Room bathroom door had swollen in size so could not be shut or locked and the bathroom light was temperamental in working. When we arrived, the bathroom sink also wouldn’t drain.

The Real Cancun was nice. We needed a place to stay for 1 night and the Real served it's purpose. The property reminds you a motel. They have a small pooland bar area. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Doors balcony did not open . Not enough toals . The service at dining did not do payment with credit card when I wanted, offered and charged expensive breakfast although there was available better options , it was not easy to manage in price and confort

the room was okay but the room service was poor. they put the same shower gel in the shampoo bottle. every time i call for room service they never came. i called again after 30 minutes then they came. i didn't have the WiFi i the room.they tery to fix it but it doesn't work. and las day the house keeping come to my door at 8am in the morning when i was sleeping and start kncking. so annoing
