This resort has a lot of activities which you have to reserve in advance. I really like the hotel, the food is a little pricey but is good.

Staff at the reception desk was rude while checking in. The rest of the staff that we met was fairly cordial. The property is very large and lacks signs as to be able to easily find your room or know where you are going inside the property. We were provided a map but who want to carry that around when you’re going to relax at the beach. The food at the snack bar and the restaurant are basically the same just different price. We requested room service which never arrived.

Everything was awesome. The staff, facility, pool were all just great. The food was really good. Everything was super clean. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning thankfully worked great because it was hot. I would highly recommend this property. We will return next year.

This is my favorite hotel in Cancun. It is priced well! We had a 2 bedroom, 1 bath room with a dining room and kitchen. A lovely view of the pool and water. The restaurant has good food. The staff is friendly and they go out of their way to be helpful. I will definitely come back again and again.

I love this property. It’s quiet and safe. The rooms are similar to small condos, with two bedrooms, one bath and a kitchen. Everyone has enough space!! The food is great and the staff is very friendly.

As vegetarians and non drinkers, our family of 5 did not opt for all inclusive Pros: value for money if you want a big suite for your family; staff were helpful and courteous; market onsite to stock your fridge but selection was limited and a bit expensive - Would recommend going to Walmart at beginning of your stay and stocking up. Cons: dining options were very limited for vegetarians; only two restaurants onsite although they did have a sister resort if you opted for all inclusive; laundry service not open on Sat past four nor on Sunday

We have stayed in a villa at this hotel twice in 6 years. We love how accommodating, spacious, and welcoming the rooms are especially since each room has its own door for added privacy. The hotel is well within walking distance from several restaurants, transports to Isla Mujeres, and the beach is literally your backyard. The staff is welcoming and helpful, but they are very pushy when it coming to selling time shares and excursions.

Beautiful beach with water toys and delicious beach side/pool side food and drink menu during the day. Rooms have a full kitchen so you can make little meals with food from the Royal Market. Daily activities are fun.
