Pros- the price was reasonable, room was beautiful (2 floors) we were a total of 6, and overall resort was clean. Karla at the photography booth was superb. Self Parking was easy and its gated. Right in-front of the resort there’s a bus stop. Cons- had to wait a long time for my luggage’s which were left unattended at the lobby. I didn’t like that “Laura” once she gave us the check in tour she was trying to have us book some sort of time share guide during our stay which I Decline twice. I travel with my 3 month old and my stroller and was given a room on the 3 floor with the elevator not working the entire stay. The beach is not the cleanest lots of seaweed. Food was horrible at the restaurant next to the pool. Didn’t bother trying any other option throughout our stay. 30$ per person for a buffet- Server Jesus wasn’t the nicest. Pina Colada and all alcohol drinks were water down, nasty, and would get hot within seconds.

Great resort for a good price.
The resort was very nice and the rooms are huge. Having a kitchen was nice. The restaurants had good food although they are expensive. They do have a little sports bar to watch the game or you could watch TV in your room. It is across the street from a dive shop and you can simply walk over and they can take you for a dive at Isla Mujeres. Everyone was super nice and professional. We didn't do an all inclusive. Just the hotel for a couple of nights. Worth the money.

We were a group of 6 people. Two bedrooms and Murphy bed in living room was very useful. The rooms were clean, everyday cleaning service was great. Spa services were OK. Used the gym a couple of times. Overall good for large families. Not if you are two wanting to have fun. Location inconvenient because there were no food places or markets close by. Had to use Uber Eats a lot which turned out to be expensive as well as the driving distance to food places is large. Restaurants on the property weren’t appetizing. Concierge service had a very annoying lady who kept calling, ambushing us to join property presentations. Very annoying. Bar near swimming pool was shabby. Made pretty lousy drinks.

Clean quiet safe friendly staff nice amenities. Very small beach area but very nice. I like the convenience of how close everything is within the resort. You won’t get lost like at the mega resorts.

The hotel was very close to a private beach with activities like kayaking, snorkelling etc. Enjoyed it. The food was decent expect for the omelette bar, they should add a separate cooking area for vegetarians. It will be appreciated. Staff were kind. Swimming pool was well maintained. Thanks.

Staff at the reception desk was rude while checking in. The rest of the staff that we met was fairly cordial. The property is very large and lacks signs as to be able to easily find your room or know where you are going inside the property. We were provided a map but who want to carry that around when you’re going to relax at the beach. The food at the snack bar and the restaurant are basically the same just different price. We requested room service which never arrived.

Everything was awesome. The staff, facility, pool were all just great. The food was really good. Everything was super clean. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioning thankfully worked great because it was hot. I would highly recommend this property. We will return next year.

This is my favorite hotel in Cancun. It is priced well! We had a 2 bedroom, 1 bath room with a dining room and kitchen. A lovely view of the pool and water. The restaurant has good food. The staff is friendly and they go out of their way to be helpful. I will definitely come back again and again.
