Not the best place to stay

There wasn't any cleaning supplies , we had to buy our TP , you HAD to run the fan and open the window when we cooked. It was hard to find the place. Overall , NOT impressed with the accommodation.

This is certainly not true about your stay with us. We provided you with TP and paper towels when you arrived in the apartment and all other requirements for TP after you exhausted the ones we provided were to be your expense. A basement suite or any kind of apartment requires that you turn on the fan to disperse the heat from cooking. That's why the fan was built above the stove. This apartment couldn't have been an exception because you were in there. Recall that your GPS in your car had issues which we discussed and then eventually, the same GPS brought you to the house, after you admitted inputting the wrong address in your GPS. Recall that you extended your stay beyond your initial reserved dates. I wonder why an accommodation which wasn't meeting your expectations would deserve an extension to your initial reservation. None of your points were brought to our knowledge, until your review came up. This isn't a fair way to treat a host who went over and beyond to keep you in our apartment. Hopefully, we would host you again, and maybe delight you further with our unparalleled hospitable service.
