"The staff at this all-inclusive make a total difference in the experience. The group I traveled with has frequently been to other all-inclusives, and we agreed that this was they had the best staff here. From our time with the entertainment team to bartenders, servers to cleaning staff. Everyone was very friendly and we were able to get on a name-to-name basis with many. Thank you to the lovely team here at Platinum Princess, including Malu, Luna and others who made our trip memorable!"

"We were at Hard Rock with 2 families, 8 people total. 4 adults, 4 kids ranging from 7-13 and we all had a blast. We were there the end of January and it was a real sweet spot that it wasn’t busy, we never had to wait more than 30 mins for dinner any night for all 8 of us, we would get chairs either at the pool or the beach each morning and there were plenty around 8am. It was a lot of fun for all of us, I thought it was very family friendly for all ages. We will be back again. "

"After reading several other reviews, we were semi-skeptical, but we can't seem to understand where all those reviews came from! From the beginning of our trip to the very end, everything was wonderful. We loved our room, the service, the pool, the food, the staff. The only issues we came across were that there weren't outlets by the bed, there wasn't an option for streaming services on the TV and there wasn't a great mirror situation for getting ready. All of those things were very easy to overcome and overlook considering the amazing other things you get at this property. We will definitely look into returning!"
