Very quiet property The check in wasn’t very welcoming after arriving at 2:30 AM Our very first day they didn’t clean my room at all no clean bedding no clean towels garbage still in the room no water refreshed At 8:30 PM we notified front desk agent about and the Indian ethnicity agent told me ….. nothing they can do about it at this time and we need to wait until tomorrow I requested for a late check out and we are able to pay check out fee…… she said I need to come back tomorrow and speak with manager about?????? Do they have proper training or skills to take decisions? I’m travelling with a person with disabilities and on top of that I have to deal with hotel issues I won’t stay here again and won’t recommend this hotel at all

The Pan Pacific was close to where I needed to be in Toronto, but other amenities as well. My room was clean and stocked. I’d definitely return here for future stays in Toronto.

Room was nice and a good price, but someone in the room next to me was rather loud at 3am and I couldn’t get a hold of anyone to get it straightened out. There’s no clear instructions on how to contact front desk on or around the phone. Had to experiment. Even then no one answered. I tried calling multiple lines multiple times. Eventually they quieted down on their own but that was annoying. Bed was clean and comfortable. Sheets were nice. Bathroom floor was dirty. A wet towel got dragged on the floor a bit and the bottom side was dark grey, which means the bathroom floor doesn’t get cleaned very well or at all. Kinda gross.

I will stay in this hotel anytime I come to Toronto. I actually could have rated it near perfect (4.8) but I do not give perfect scores! Like the rooms being cleaned well everyday. We did not get to try the restaurant however! Thank you.

The hotel is very outdated. The windows in our room were so dirty and the sliding door to the balcony didn't work at all. The toilet in our room didn't flush too well, needed to hold down the handle for a very long time so that toilet paper didn't come back up. There was a false fire alarm at 9am the morning of our check out, and yet when I called the front desk to ask whether I could check out a bit later than 11am, the staff refused. Parking cost extra, $20/night. It's definitely not up to the 4-star hotel standard. I don't recommend it and will not stay there again.

We stayed for one night to access a nearby event. The room was nice, the bed comfortable, and very clean. But there were some oddities: the HVAC was very loud, some of the furniture was busted/stained, and there is no room service after 11pm - on a Friday night. But it was relatively inexpensive, so overall a great deal.
