This is the second time I’ve stayed here. It is very nice, my only complaint was the WiFi was pretty terrible. Couldn’t do any work with it

Hotel is falling apart and room wasn't very clean. Smell marijuana at hall way. No ramp from the lobby to rooms. No free parking, had to pay. Pool didn't open. Booked a room has balcony but didn't get that.

I didn’t even sleep full nights because of: Old, sunken mattresses with compacted springs and people partying in their cars outside my window despite complaining at 1am, yet it continued until I had to go to the front desk at 3am because they were still at it! People Live in this building - people who like to party. I can’t believe this is a residence. I met some and they were drugged out. They were the ones who told me people live here. The elevators will close despite putting a hand, so there’s a real danger. The one dresser in the room is broken - drawers won’t open - and there’s only one outlet available (in the bathroom, where I can’t leave my phone). When I arrived, the front desk agent didn’t even explain anything (like how to get to the complicated parking lot entrance, when I asked (single mom) for a bell cart, he just pointed upstairs. Didn’t explain the ramps so I brought the cart in full of my suitcases (which he could’ve helped me with, there was no one else there) but I had to go back out and around to use an outside ramp. I couldn’t believe how unhelpful he was. The steam room stinks and doesn’t really work. The sauna doesn’t get hot at all and doesn’t work. I want a refund. I’ve never asked for one but I have had no sleep, my back is killing me from that very old mattress and I couldn’t believe it that people live here! And are allowed to party outside hotel guest rooms, getting wasted in their cars until 3am and staff don’t even stop it! Josée
