What a lovely hotel! Great location, friendly staff and clean. Really lovely rooms, so much space. They have everything you need, even nail files, mouth wash and face wipes! We really enjoyed the hot tub too. Maybe consider adding vegan options to the menu? Otherwise perfect!

Your staff was awesome. They were fun and helpful. I really enjoyed the restaurant, too, and the staff there was even better. I chose to eat many meals there. My room was good, but I could hear my neighbors- and the cleaning staff was so nice, but they tend to yell in the hallways, making it impossible to rest or nap in the daytime. I wish there had been an ethos of quiet common spaces by the rooms, but there wasn’t. I liked the whirlpool and visited it a few times. The doorman was so nice and helpful. The gym was disappointing with a too-small bench, a dirty yoga mat, and no bar in front of the mirrors. My personal room did not have overhead lights or enough outlets- but the bed was comfy, the room was spacious, and the cappuccino machine rocked.

Hotel was nice, staff was nice & helpful. Was quiet for the most part, close to water taxi to take you to Grandville Island. Frankies is a nice restaurants, Jazz night was very enjoyable. Walkable to a lot of things. Only complaint is the Carpet in hallway on the 8th floor needs to be replaced (was a tripping hazard)
