The staff at this hotel is so welcoming and friendly. We love how well they looked after us and everything was wonderful. The room was clean and beautiful. The location is great for a little walk either into town or even to Stanley Park. It's the second time staying for us and we look forward to coming back. Shoutout to Julia at the front desk who was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable during our stay.

This is an adorable boutique hotel, in a very safe part of the city and easily walkable to many areas. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, attended to, and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Vancouver!

Oh my gosh, this hotel was AMAZING. Super cute boutique place with walkable to great restaurants and attractions. But what made it top, top notch was the staff! The kindest, most caring and genuine staff my sister and I had both ever experienced! Giving us hand towels when we came in, water, snacks, making sure our plans were all set. Now one of my favorite hotels. The people who work there are the best. They are genuinely very nice and friendly - all of them. The hotel Is beautiful and the atmosphere is very nice and even the restaurant was excellent. I loved the atmosphere in the hotel and restaurant. But, I have to say, the people who work there are tremendous. I’m 58 and well-traveled. Collectively, they are amazing in every regard and that will stick with me forever. I’ve never had help from such amazing people before.

We loved our stay at The Loden. The hotel is decorated with a cool vibe and the room was very comfortable. The staff were so accommodating and helpful with everything. The bed was well appointed and ordering from the pillow bar was easy. Bedding was superb. Wonderful stay at a beach hotel.
