The bright open plan kitchen, dining, and living area allows for quality family time. Relax and unwind with a movie or show on the Firestick, or have a BBQ on the deck. This second-floor walk-up features a fully stocked kitchen, a master bedroom with queen-sized bed and 2 walk-in closets, and adjoining 4-piece bathroom. The den features a twin bed with a trundle, making our property the perfect affordable vacation for families. There is a washer/dryer in the unit, complete with supplies.

The property is perfect for couples, small groups and people travelling with children.

Trains are a factor of life in all Canadian mountain towns. From the very beginning Canmore was built around the train line, including 90% of the local hotels and condos in town, which means that this property is along a train line, however, it is very well insulated against sound. Bedrooms are on the opposite side of the condo from the train line and the train should not disturb even the lightest of sleepers. Watching the trains go past is actually quite fascinating and not just for the train buffs! Please read our guest reviews for previous insight.

Cozy Canmore Condo
The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped with whatever you might need. The moveable bookcase as a door was very clever. The bed was very comfortable and we had no trouble falling asleep especially after hiking all day. This location was good for us bc we could walk to restaurants if we choose to do so. Grocery stores were close by also. I’m so glad we chose this condo over something in Banff bc of traffic.

Summit Place 2B
We enjoyed our stay at Summit Place 2B. Nice view of the mountains from the back deck. Train tracks right behind building did not bother us but trains do run through many times a day and also at night. Seeing the trains go by was a unique experience which we enjoyed. Did not like the parking situation by the place. Often no parking available and it rained some and a lot of the parking lot was flooded which was very inconvenient but if good weather this would not be an issue. Over all we enjoyed our stay and the young lady who we talked too a few times that was working at Rockie Rentals when we arrived was very nice and helpful.

We stayed at Unit 2B for 5 nights. It was a very comfortable and cozy apartment and perfect for our family of 3. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. The grocery store is right behind the unit on the other side of the tracks. The apartment is close to Banff National Park. The added benefit is the National Park Discovery Pass which saves you about 100 dollars for a 5-day visit. The only drawback is the lack of parking in the evenings as there are a couple of restaurants on the ground floor. But after 10PM, the parking lot is wide open. Would highly recommend the place to others.

Great Place! Beautiful view and conveninent location close to downtown!

Had a great time staying there with Rockies Rentals. Its a great management company just located downstairs in a different unit in the same complex. I had planned a stay for 3 weeks, and later extended it to 5 weeks. Canmore is a great town, and you will definitely have a good time there. Things to note: A railway line passes through the center of Canmore, but did not bother me. I was there in spring, so did not need the air conditioner.

Perfect little spot!
Convienient, clean, reasonably priced, comfortable and well appointed. This isn’t part of a condo complex- you get a nice quiet place that is a quick walk to Canmore and lots of amenities nearby. Backs on to train tracks but the bedrooms don’t face tracks so no issues sleeping.

Great views
We stayed with our family with two small children that enjoyed the hidden bedroom. The views were fabulous and they loved watching the train each time it came by. The place was clean and check in was easy. It does not have AC and it is on the second floor so can heat up in the afternoons/evenings. They provide fans which were a big help. We loved the ease of walking into downtown Canmore and watching the sun light setting on the three sisters mountains.

Very clean and quiet condo with a great view of the mountains
This condo was great for my wife and friend as a home base to visit Banff and Jasper. About 1 hour to Lake Louise and 20 minutes to downtown Banff. The long freight train does come by about 2-3 times a day and sometimes at night but it didn't bother us.

Great place to stay for a Canmore Getaway
We loved our time at this condo. Everything was very clean and seemed recently updated. It came equipped with everything that we needed and more. The location was great, just a short walk to downtown and great mountain views from the living room and balcony. Our son loved the secret room for his bedroom. Our only concern when we booked was the proximity to the train tracks and it turned out to be a non-issue. It didn't wake us up once in the night, and our son loved to count the cars when they went by in the evening. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Canmore.
