The person who assisted us in the counter the night we arrived was not kind, he did everything possible to confuse and difficult our check-in. For everything else, the services during weekend and check out were very good.

Dirty carpets, ac not adequate, room dirty with filth evident in toilet, bags of dirty laundry left in hallway, outdated furniture and tv. Staff refused to let us check in when we arrived. as we were 20 minutes early - not because room wasn’t ready. Then had to wait in line as everyone came at 3. After seeing full toilet we gave back keys and left.

Needed a lot of upgrades. Carpets were lifting and very old as well as bathroom. Box springs and mattresses were stained and old and there was no microwave and fridge which makes it very inconvenient especially with little ones

It was OK. The included parking and breakfast were a plus and the location was close to everything. However, the property needs major updates to be charging 276.33 US dollars a night (this was the total I paid with all the fees).

Great hotel for the price. Breakfast was included and rooms were nice and clean.The pool is more of a kids’ pool and kept really (too) warm. But hey, those are first world problems. It’s an older place but great if you’re on a budget. Staff were excellent and kind and courteous. I would go there again.

Very good breakfast. The only thing they don’t provide for breakfast was fruits. The hotel is very old. It needs updating. Customer service was very good. Location is excellent. It’s close to the main streets such as Clifton Hill and Victoria Avenue. We had a lot of fun at Niagara Falls.

Hotel is tired and old. Rooms are also tired and old. Beds are ok. Breakfast is just ok but after 2 days (out of 5) we couldn’t eat the same things again. Little variety. Staff and service were very helpful and prompt. Hotel is very clean. Good location -very close to the strip. But a note for young families the fireworks every night at 10pm made bedtime a struggle!

The property is in a great, walkable location from Clifton Hill. The free parking and free breakfast is great as well. Also a helpful staff. A few things to be aware of: the breakfast buffet from 730-930 is packed, shoulder to shoulder for the full two hours so don't stress about waking up early to attend. If you fear heights, the elevator has a large window which sees into the lobby. It also is very slow. Before booking, inquire about your room ( whether it's been recently renovated or updated) Ours was very outdated and a little dingey.
