The corridors carpets were smelly. The room was noisy with the ac making a loud whoosing sound every few minutes, it kept waking me up. I asked for a technician to come to the room and he explained that there was nothing he could do, that all were like that. The breakfast was good. The distance to the falls is about 28 minutes walking.

I handed my tax exemption when I checked in and noticed it wasn’t applied to my invoice so when I checked out I mentioned that and handed my tax exemption card to the staff and she held it for a second and handed it back. There was so much noise with the doors to the stairs being beside us but, TikTok told us to put a towel up against the door to block sounds. It worked. The room temperature said 19C which should have been cold but, it would get very warm in the room before it kicked in to cool down the room. The pillows were standard size for a king bed and no extras in the room. They were also kind of awful. I’d probably stay somewhere else on another trip.

Our stay could have been better for everal reasons. Breakfast was the same all 5 days aside from the change of waffle to pancakes and plain egg omelette to vegetable egg omelette one day. The meat was the same every day. Luckily we liked sausage. There wasn't fresh fruit other than an apple or a banana choice. It took a while for the coffee creamer to be replenished which isn’t a real big deal just had to wait. The one thing that was difficult to get used to were the wooden utensils. Maybe it's a Canada thing but it was not pleasant to eat from a wooden fork. Although we didn’t use the pool it seemed small. Housekeeping did clean our room during our stay but did not replenish the tissues or leave enough washcloths. The bathroom was good though the toilet was low to the floor. The one very negative issue with this hotel was the $10 daily extra charge for a third person in my room with 2 queen beds. Doesn't a room with 2 queen beds fit 4 people? Therefore it was $50 more than what I budgeted for. It was not stated anywhere so that I could have been prepared for the extra charge. Parking was $30 a day which I was aware of but the lot was gated so the car was secure. Positives for this hotel are that the people are friendly, it was a clean hotel and a great location to Clifton Hill and the Falls. The bed was comfortable and the blackout drapes helped for a good night's sleep. Overall it was just a good stay not great as stated in the title of review.

Hotel is well situated to walk to the Falls and Clifton hill. Parking was conveniently located with a Tesla charger on site! The breakfast was delicious with lots of options and open for 4 hours in the morning, so weather you wake early or late, you’ll be able to have some food in the morning. The pool leaves a lot to be desired. It’s small, but works well for kids. There’s a nice outdoor patio as well and the gym is clean and functional. Overall would definitely stay here again!

Thank you for an excellent service the location is close to everything walking distance….friedly service Hard working staff from front desk, Housekeeping making sure your room is clean and well stock for supplies needed…the bed is soft compatable, front is frIendly and knowledgeable it makes a difference..the hot breakfast buffet is amazing ..the pool is warm ..the temperature is cool, the fridge clean good condition and microwave we did not sure looks clean l sure it’s working fine …TV is huge but not enough channel…Washroom is clean but not enough hook to hang the towels and no safe in the room…everything else is good…

I had a great experience at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the facility was exceptionally clean. The location was convenient and easily accessible. The only issue I encountered was with the iron provided in the room; it appeared to have a burnt bottom that could potentially damage clothing. Despite this, the overall stay was very enjoyable and relaxing.
