The property is well placed in the heart of the touristy area of Niagara Falls. The value of the accommodations is great. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The property is in need of some improvements. In the room, the wallpaper was peeling off and walls had scuff marks from the use of the room.

My Husband and I stayed at the Howard Johnson hotel from Oct 12th to the 14...we had the Jacuzzi suite on the 4th floor...it was awesome...very clean and the bed was comfortable. The manager and staff was very friendly and nice, we will definitely go back. We recommend this place 💯 percent.

Was yelled at by a staff member in the front lobby saying it was all my fault my tub didn't work because I didn't allow him in my room at 9:30 at night with my sleeping child to fix the tub I emailed them about at 7pm and when I tried to explain to him that I didn't feel safe letting him in the room that late with my sleeping child he proceeded to talk over me and not get a word in just horrible experience thank god I h recorded it all and have the proof

The location itself was very good, parking was right there. You could walk to any of the attractions at a reasonable distance. I do feel that it was very noisy in the room compared to other places I have stayed at. Staff was wonderful checking in and out.

Excellent 3 star hotel that has renovated not too long ago. Fully met my expectations. People complaining are champaign taste on beer budget type of people. The is a good 3 STAR hotel, its not the Ritz Carlton. If you're expecting a good 3 stat hotel you won't be disappointed.
