The hotel was visibly dirty. The carpet in the hallway was dirty. There was a pile of finger nails or toe nails at the edge of the bed on the floor. The shower only had all hot or all cold water. When hot was selected there was no water pressure. The smell in the room was like someone poured a bottle of cleaner on an old carpet. Definitely will not recommend. The staff was nice though.

The location and pricing were great. The breakfast included though the options weren’t very good and the quality of the food wasn’t good. Also the rooms you can hear everything happening around you, I could hear people down the hall talking from my room with the door closed. But besides that the location and pricing is good for a couple nights stay.

Good deal for a fair price.
As we were looking just for a place to rest this hotel fullfilled our need, but, the breakfast is included in the bill and it was good in general, the beds comfortable, the personnel so friendly and kind in general. The pool is inside the building and it allows to relax even in autumn, the hotel is close to the waterfalls, the google maps shows it 20 minutes away (walking), but if you go through the victoria park you are only 10 minutes away and you enjoy the walk because is a beautiful area, many restaurants around the hotel, for the price is a very good deal. Negative comment: the building looks a little bit old.
