Good location. Very friendly staff. Some items in the room are a little dated. Our room, bathroom especially smelled like maple syrup. The guest before us must have broken a bottle.

Horrible staff. Probably across the board in Niagara Falls, because tourists will go there they don’t have to try or care for customer service. Prices are exorbitant. The casino in this hotel is old and dingy as well. Disappointed!

There is no better vantage point from which to view the falls than one of Sheraton Fallsview's rooms. We were able to watch the fireworks as we looked down to the falls.

Our room was clean and nice, every staff that we ran into was very nice and polite. Our toilet did need to be fixed at one point (the chain came off , minor) but they sent someone right away and it was fixed within 10 mintues of going down to the front desk to let them know.

We stayed overnight to see the Niagara Falls. Our room wasn't ready by check-in time at 4:00 PM and we had to wait a fairly long time. I went back to the front desk to ask for a status update on my room and it still wasn't ready yet, but the lady helped me find a different room number that was ready. Amenities were very good, and everything was clean. Fantastic views to the falls! A lot of entertainment in the surrounding areas with a lot of shops and dining options, and everything is walkable. Just a couple of minutes walk to the falls.
