Walkable so it’s convenient but you do have to walk everywhere. All floors were uneven everywhere in the building and we could hear the people above us simply walking around. Breakfast was a continental breakfast not a hot breakfast. It was inexpensive compared to other chain hotels so we thought we would take a chance. Overall not a bad experience just not what we expected.

Room wasn’t ready for us to check in when we arrived but everyone was really nice and friendly and the room was ready a short period afterwards. They upgraded our room for us. The room was very nice, spacious, clean.

The staff were so professional,courteous and friendly from the very start. Anything that wewanted to know about,places to visit and dining suggestions were always made available to us. The room was great! We had a hot tub and everything was very clean. The room was spacious and breakfast in bed was superb! The icing on the cake was defintely the spa! Massage and mud wrap-the best. This is the place to be at for touring Niagara Falls. Definitely returning soon! Thank you all so very much!

Not really the hotel's fault, but any place slightly outside of the main tourist areas in Niagara Falls are old and dirty. The hotel itself is fantastic, the services and rooms are great. Would recommend

We went there for the weekend for my wife's birthday. We had a great room. They knew it was my wife's birthday and did everything to make sure we enjoyed the experience. The room was nicely done up when we first walked in. The Restaurant on site also knew it was my wife's birthday and made it a great experience. The SPA on site was great as well and walking distance to the Casino and Concert and driving to NOTL was short. A great place to stay if you're going to Niagara Falls.

I love the free breakfast in bed...staffs are really nice...just forgot His name who assist and gave us free upgrade with jacuzzi room as first time to visit Niagara falls...like their unlimited complimentary coffee at the lobby...
