Hotel was in a good location and parking was easy. The kids enjoyed the pool but found the water cold. The place could use some updates, there were hardly any outlets and no usb for charging devices. The outside stairwell needs a sweep, lots of dead mosquitos. I think breakfast should have been included with the price we paid plus the smoke alarm went off while we were eating and we had to leave the food and go outside because it was so loud. Would have been nice if they reduced the price or comped the meal bc of that alone. It was fine for one night but would not stay here again.

Property great location close to all amenities in cliffton hill area. Walking distance to niagara falls and many other attractions in the area. Front desk all the employees treated me with respect. The room we stayed in was ok needs to be updated. We had a great time in Canada thank you

Motel rooms
We spent one night at the motel area and there’s a huge difference from the rooms at the main building. The price wasn’t too different, but the conditions were terrible. Old AC with dust, washroom’s door didn’t close and with the paint falling, the shower had only cold water, difficult access to the room (we had to go through the stairs that comes from the parking garage), double bed with mattress and pillows not comfortable… I wouldn’t recommend it. If you go to this place, make sure you’re NOT booked for the motel option, but to the main building.

Room was large. Bed and sheets were not very comfortable. Bathroom had scattered hairs in tub and floor. TV channel selection was terrible along with reception. No elevators for the motel section. Location was good.
