Staff is great. The area is under reconstruction and has many areas that feel very insecure. It appears that the building next door is housing homeless. There was a large police action with about 30 officers responding to a disturbance across the street at around 5:00.

It was an overall good stay. Valet parking cost was ridiculously high. Only issue with the room was the hot water flow for the vanity was very slow and top for ever to get hot water. Similar for the shower, flow was excellent but still too long to get hot water.

Beautiful hotel. Couldn't access the rooftop. Found that our on our own. Wasn't told that. Didn't find out location was under renovation until we arrived there. Only window in the room was next to another building. No view. Other than that nice place.

I didn’t like the area it was in much but the hotel itself was nice & so was the staff! It’s so tiny & cute perfect for couples or those who are just staying one or two nights.

The whole hotel itself was nice, clean. Overall, I would stay again as it’s pretty central with fair pricing! The only thing I didn’t like is that I did Choose parking included as a filter when searching for a hotel in downtown Miami and this place does not offer parking. They offer valet parking which is $40 a night which to me is quite expensive. The area itself does not have prolong street parking and the parking garages in the area are equally as expensive for overnight parking if you have a rental car.
