my room had some sort of buzzer device, near the heater/thermostat, and it would cycle on and off all night, staying on for a few minutes each time, and interfering with sleep. My wake up call was for 6:30 am, which I got, but they also sent a wake up call at 6:00, which I had not asked for. I was told I would have a shuttle to the airport for 7 am. but it did not arrive til 7:20, and then the staff and driver tried to lie and say they HAD been there at 7 am, which was not true, since I was standing there ready at 6:50 and there was definitly no shuttle. They apologized and admitted they were running late. But- the room was very neat and nice, great bathroom facilities, good location.

Our go to in Toronto
We usually break up long haul flights by taking a one night break in Toronto and this is our go to hotel. Airport shuttle, great staff, large rooms eith comfortable beds. Decent restaurant/bar plus a small cafe/snack bar. Perfect for rest between long flights.

I wasn’t here very long and the even though it’s very clean and the rooms were great what made it stand out were the staff and the great customer service. When I checked in they were great even though they were being slammed with check ins but when I checked out the service was even better. I was slightly late to check out so I apologized and Khalid didn’t charge me the late fee, it was only a few minutes but rules are rules and he didn’t have to do that and then he offered to store my bags for the day and got me on the shuttle to the airport so I could get the train in to the city and not have to pay a fortune I’m Uber costs. It’s only a few small things, I know but it turned my good stay in to a great stay and I would definitely stay here again because of that if I’m ever in Toronto again
