my room had some sort of buzzer device, near the heater/thermostat, and it would cycle on and off all night, staying on for a few minutes each time, and interfering with sleep. My wake up call was for 6:30 am, which I got, but they also sent a wake up call at 6:00, which I had not asked for. I was told I would have a shuttle to the airport for 7 am. but it did not arrive til 7:20, and then the staff and driver tried to lie and say they HAD been there at 7 am, which was not true, since I was standing there ready at 6:50 and there was definitly no shuttle. They apologized and admitted they were running late. But- the room was very neat and nice, great bathroom facilities, good location.

I booked this a month ago under the express advertisement from Expedia that the cost included FREE self parking. When we checked out, the hotel refused to accept this even with proof that the website showed FREE self parking. This is false advertising. Also found the rooms dirty with left over hair on the floor in the bathroom. No cleaning service unless you give them 24-72 hour advance notice. The room they assigned us was on the 2nd floor next to the elevator so you can hear EVERYONE walking and talking going by. At 3 am someone from the front desk called us and woke us up and then promptly hung up when we picked up the phone. Don't stay here, there are many other options for the same price near by that are cleaner, quieter and don't charge for parking.
