Upon arrival i asked if an early check in was possible, staff rudely declined me and said to come back. I came back at the check in time and our room wasn’t ready until 3 hours after the check in time. Two of the male front desk staff have been very rude. However the others were wonderful. House keeping staff was more helpful than the front desk staff. Room was nice and spacious.

I have stayed at this hotel twice, once for a conference and once when our flights were cancelled due to weather at airport. Both times the staff and service was above and beyond. The front desk and restaurant staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. They gave us free breakfast vouchers, helped us book an additional night’s stay with best rates. The spa was excellent with great massage and easy booking. Rooms were beautiful! Love this place!

There was a Starbucks in our hotel which made our stay very pleasant. The hotel also made sure that we were always hydrated by providing water bottles in our room for free and for having ice water available in the lobby. The bed was really nice. However, maybe it will be nice the hotel supplied the right number of towels, water bottles , etc. corresponding to the number of guests registered and to put bedding’s in the sofa bed and to add a comforter to it.

the staff was extremely polite, the front desk reception or the cleaning staff, our rooms were cleaned everyday without even asking, just the hotel was little old and does require new carpets but it was clean and the property was huge.

This place is not super clean. Vacuuming and carpets need attention and the pool and hot tub were a bit green. Not super clean like most other hotels.

The room was in poor condition, tile was cracked and falling off was in bathroom. Water damage beside the shower. The bathroom tub was yellow and red more than white. The carpet in the room had burn holes. The pool had a big damaged flooring area. When we went to the pool they had no towels left and baskets were overflowing with used towels. In the showers the soap dispensers were empty.

The hotel is close to the airport and is clean and well appointed. BUT the fact it sits exactly on the landing path of Pearson airport is horrible. You have planes landing every 2 minutes from 6:00 am until midnight at 300 ft above you. I had to cut my stay by 4 days because of the sound... NOT RECOMMENDED D
