We checked in upon arrival and were greeted by front desk. Thereafter, we settled into our room and inspected the sheets. Upon inspection we found dirt, bug marks, hair, and a dead bed bug on one of the towels in the room. We also noted the floors and parts of the room dirty and not well kept. When we notified the front desk, they provided us with a new room quickly. This new room was clean and well kept. However, it wreaked of smoke and the AC did not work properly. The fan would not turn off which caused us to sleep in a freezing cold room without a heater. After our stay, while checking out, I was not greeted and when I kindly asked the staff about dropping off my key, they ignored me. Staff seemed bothered and disrespectful.

Very good hôtel! I’m giving 10/10. Do not hesitate to book. Rooms a are big, clean, comfortable, modern. Staff is sweet too. Like the breakfast and the 5 to 6h30pm free drinks (2).

We have stayed at the Embassy Suites several times. We find it a very convenient location for travel back and forth from the airport. The lobby is very impressive when you first arrive. It is modern, clean and staff are very welcoming. The suites are spotless and spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast dining options are several, hot and cold buffet and even though we didn’t eat dinner there we enjoyed a glass of happy hour😉

The hotel was very clean and we had no issues with it at all. The breakfast was also one of the better hotel breakfasts I have had. Only issue would be the poor location but it is a hotel for an airport so that is to be expected.
