This iis my second time in two months to stay in this hotel, the first being in a two-bedroom suite in July. The hotel is conveniently located -- it feels to be almost across the incline railway, Journey Behind the Falls, the Green Line bus stop, and near the Niagara Power Station Tunnel. Parking fee seems to be the lowest that I've seen in the area. A security person roams around the parking area which makes us feel safe. The hotel has an indoor and an outdoor pool. Restaurants such as Applebee's surround the hotel and they give a discount voucher for My Cousin Vinny's All-You-Can-Eat Breakfast. This may be because if you stay in the hotel for more than a night like we did, you will see the same breakfast menu daily unlike in other hotels that rotate sausage, bacon, and ham or the muffins that they serve. Cleanliness is something that can be improved. We arrived late in the night, so after unpacking and hanging our clothes for the next three days and it was time to shower, it freaked me out to see a mark of a shoe's upper sole. It didn't have the same print as my husband's shoes (nor slippers). Besides, we don't bring our shoes inside the bathroom. It was like a horror movie where footprints slowly become visible. The hotel staff addressed this promptly when reported. Staff are very friendly and accommodating; so is the cleaner assigned to our room.

Chambre très moyenne pour le prix, mais dans la région tout est cher. Propreté ok mais équipements vétustes, l’hôtel aurait besoin d’un relookkng. Emplacement pratique pour aller voir les chutes. Piscine intérieure un peu sale, on n’y est pas resté longtemps. Celle extérieure est à côté du stationnement, ne donne pas trop le goût d’y aller. On avait lu de mauvais commentaires sur le buffet déjeuner mais franchement j’ai vu bien pire, quand même des plats chauds (oeufs brouillés, saucisses) offert et plusieurs options froides. Bref, correct pour dormir (matelas très confortable et chambre peu bruyante, j’ai bien dormi) mais ne vaut pas le prix payé.

In a well located area. Dining options, too many people in crowded area, but really i don't think I can complain, it's free breakfast included. I figured if we don't like it, we don't need to go. I tested, didn't like, just didn't go again.
