Paid for a premium Kingbed room with a view of the falls. Difficult to actually view the Falls. Room was Small and with a king bed it was cramped. Smallest bathroom in a hotel ive ever stayed in. Could barely move in the bathroom. And then when leaving I was charged for parking and resort fees adding an extra $75 per night. Last time I'll stay at the Crowne Plaza.

Nice place to stay in Niagara Falls.
The Crown royal is a renovated property right near the rainbow bridge looking south into both cascades of Niagara Falls. The view is magnificent when the sky is clear (obviously). It was a very nice place to stay. To get to the top floors you had to take two elevators. Everything else was acceptable.

Room thermostat would not work, maintenance came in and turned heat on but there was no way to turn it down or off. Hotel was sold out so the would not move me. Second day the gave me a high floor room with a great view. Location of the hotel is great. Parking at $40 a night is not helpful to the total price of the trip. Staff was very professional, room cleaners were great

Great Stay
The hotel was great with great restraunts and ammenities - great connections to all the buildings next door, and nice and close to the walk and a great view. One issue, probably only specifically with our room, was the odd shaped bathroom where the toilet was angled and that put it partway under an over-large sink. Made sitting tight.

Our room was 2 Queen with a view but very small and we hardly had a spot for our stroller. Our door lock was also hanging by a screw which was not ideal, and we can hear our neighbours talking quite easily. Tried for an upgrade but unfortunately sold out. Did however love the easy access everywhere, pool happened to be empty for us to use alone, and decorated nicely for Christmas.
