The experience was awful. The price was super high, there was no AC in the room and when I called the desk to ask why it was 85 degrees they just said this tower doesn’t have heat and AC. Just to turn the HVAC OFF. It never got. Below 80 all night. Miserable. The WiFi never worked properly. Would take 10 minutes to load a simple web page even though I paid for the upgraded WiFi. The bed was hard as. Rock. Paid north of 400 for one night, and could have gotten a much better nights rest at motel 6.

We had a short stay of two nights and stayed in a compact king room with city view. The room itself was relatively clean minus a few large stains on the chair, and a decent amount of mold in the grout of the shower. We were surprised with how small our window was as well, not much natural light at all in the room. We didn’t plan on spending much time in the room anyways though. Overall I give it a 4/5 stay, we were pretty close in walking distance to the falls but pretty far from everything else. Like I said the room was pretty clean minus a few things we noticed. The hotel itself was clean and easy to navigate given the large property, connection to the casino was a plus! We ate at the brazilian steakhouse for dinner one night and the fallsview dining area for breakfast. A little over priced for the quality but still a nice experience overall. We would come back!

Cold water faucet on the jacuzzi tub didn't work, was told it was fixed but still didn't work, air conditioner- heater in the room was stuck on 65 degrees, didn't fix, all the made up taxes and charges were ridiculous, had to pay $50 per day to park off site at a hotel I payed $300 per night to stay in. Don't think I'll return.

I never leave reviews even if situations are unfavorable. But I’ve had way better stays at smaller run down hotels, especially with this being a Hilton I choose it due to comfort so I could propose to my now fiancé on this vacation. First, arrival instructions were unclear and had to figure out the whole parking off lot independently and most staff had language barrier with English. Secondly, the WiFi didn’t work at all for the couple of nights I was there so I had to resort to a hotspot on cellular. Third, the TV wouldn’t work at all, I couldn’t pick a single channel without the TV crashing, nor could I purchase and rental movies. Fourth, I couldn’t get any cold to fill water bottles for on the go, so more money wasn’t on portable water. Lastly, the bed and pillow were the worst I’ve ever slept on and I recently had a mattress with broken springs that was more comfortable. Overall, poor communication between staff and the multiple issues, I’d recommend staying somewhere close by as most other people I talked to had great staying experiences between different hotels and AirBNB’s. P.S. surprise bill increase at the end and most of the front staff weren’t really willing to do anything to help with the bill regarding the terrible stay. Avoid staying here if you have other options!

Great place, even better views
The hotel was beautiful. I stayed on the 21st floor with a view of the fall and could not be more satisfied. The staff was very pleasant, the hotel was very clean and in an excellent location. If you are searching for a place to stay, I highly recommend staying at the Hilton.
