Bugs in bathroom, terribly outdated. Staff was rude, had to get manager involved. Worst part- the room was right next to the elevator, with tile floors, same cost associated to room as all the others but I literally didn’t get any sleep because the foot traffic and room location acted like a concert hall, so incredibly LOUD. WTH did I pay for!!!! This room shouldn’t even be used, let alone cost more than $50/night, I will be taking this up with the a IHG corporate office. I would suggest not booking here simply because of the risk of getting this room (103)

Our family stayed three nights at this hotel. The front staff was very friendly upon check-in. When we were checking out, the lady at the front desk who was most certainly pass her retirement age, was very rude. My husband came in the morning asking if she could tell him where the butler carts are, and her response was - “you need to go to each floor and check yourself as those f’ing customers never bring the carts back down” The AC unit in our room was not functioning properly - kept making loud weird noises and waking us up at night. The bed sheet on one of the beds had blood stains on it so that was not a good experience either. Other than those three things above, hotel had very easy free parking and it was within walkable distance to falls, shops and restaurants.

Unfortunate..
We stay at the holiday inn every time we come to Niagara. This time, we were severely disappointed as one of the beds in our room was on the verge of breaking. The noise, the lack of comfort and the lack of security while on it was not there - please, replace the frames if they are broken. We were not pleased at all.

It was located in a very good place to where we were able to just walk down and see Niagara Falls. The staff was very kind and answered any and all questions if we had any. Continue to keep up the good work.

Check in was easy but the building itself was old and dirty the room smells funky bed are not real bed mattresses on hardboard if you move the whole neighborhood knows mattress were old and uncomfortable the pillows were gross and lumpy the sheets were not changed they were inside out stains and hair 😬thank goodness we took our own bedsheets and pillows never ever again that place needs renovations big time.the only thing was free parking don’t recommend this place
