We stayed in a Fallsview room on the 11th floor. Other than the amazing view from our room, everything else about this hotel is mediocre at best. No maid service if you stay less than 4 nights. Had to call for towels.Had to remove our own trash from the room. No safe in room or at front desk.Parking fee was an astronomical $50 a night! No restaurant in hotel. Definitely nicer hotels in the area which offer much more.!

some body stole my beg and they can't help me out through the security camera . because manager is on vocation and 2nd manager have no access to cameras . what a stupid kind of security and management here . Extremely un recommended to stay here .

12階のフォールビューに一泊二日で宿泊しましたが、景観は良好でした。駐車場はルームキーが必要なので先に受付を済ませる必要がありました。部屋に電子レンジがあれば良かった（ロビーにはある）ですが、設備としては問題ありませんでした。近隣のフォールビューのホテルの中では値段も高くなく、また利用したいと思います。

We were stunned when we saw our view from our rooms. We were looking right at the Falls. Being on one of the upper rooms was just great. We sat in our room and enjoyed the fireworks over the falls. Would highly recommend this hotel

I booked a 2 night stay with this hotel back at the end of July because I love the views from the room, the decent pricing for parking and convenient location to everything. The day of, 3 hours before check in, I get a phone call from the hotel telling me that the rooms I booked were under maintenance and they have moved me over to the Hilton hotel. I did not enjoy my stay at the Hilton, I got stuck with a $150 parking charge instead of the $90 I had budgeted for, and despite reaching out, I have not heard back from the Oakes regarding my frustrations. How do you wait until 3 hours before check in to advise your guest that the rooms they booked 3 weeks prior was under maintenance. Had I been giving even a few days of notice, I could have gotten a full refund and booked with another hotel of my choosing. I mean even if I had been offered a different room with a different view and maybe a small refund, I would have taken that. Severely disappointed with this experience.

I had booked 2 nights for my son who was visiting from the states, he drove 9 hours to get to canada, he arrived at 3 am at the hotel to check in,they told him they couldn't find the reservation which they already charged my card for it,so he slept in his car for that night, then in the morning he argued with them so they end up finding his reservation, so they checked him in and they requested a deposit as well,i went to pay the deposit which is was 116 dollars, when i gave them my credit card to pay it they charged me 1116 dollars by mistake she said ,i.asked her where is the manager she said she was the manager, and she is so sorry about that mistake, after she was very rude to my son when she was requesting the deposit. So i had to wait 3 days till i got my money back ,this is not the first time i experience very bad service from this hotel, i dont recommend it .very bad management .

I booked a room with the view and payed extra for my birthday. All I got was a room with the trees view. Also, The parking was not included and had to pay extra $50. If I had know this before, I wouldn’t have booked this hotel. Very disappointed on my birthday.

Check-in was quick and easy. I booked a room with a view of the Falls and I was not disappointed. The view was great in the evening and at sunrise. Was not in room long as I was out and about but it had everything you needed and easy to get to places.

I ordered and paid $155.01 for the room from Expedia for one night stay in Oakes hotel in Aug 22. When I did check in, Oakes asked me to change to Hilton Hotel. When I did check-in in Hilton Hotel, they charged me $154.51 again from My wife BMO master card, even thought I had initially paid for the Oakes hotel.
