The rooms were very clean and well supplied with towels, coffee, shampoo etc. Comfy beds too. I will definitely stay again when visiting Kamloops, and will recommend the Vista Inn to friends.

We stopped for one night on our way from Calgary to Vancouver. Hotel was simple but clean and affordable which is all we were looking for. I would stay there again for a short time.

We had a very nice room with sliding glass doors looking out to a beautiful view of the valley. The only drawback to the room was that it didn’t have a microwave but we managed without it.

My stay at the Vista Inn was a pleasant one. It was a nice room and I felt safe. The staff were welcoming and friendly. My only bit of feedback would be that the mechanism that you pull up on the bath tap to direct the water out of the shower head needs to be looked at. I had to jiggle it a bit for it to work properly, and there was still a bit of water coming out the bottom tap. Also, some fixtures in the bathroom need attention like the hand towel rail which is coming loose from the wall. Overall though, I really enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

It was clean and roomy, with a nice up to date look to it. The staff was great. I flew in late after hours. the staff kept in contact with me and insured there would be someone at the front desk when I checked in. They were there waiting and I quickly checked in to my room. They were all very friendly.

Was ther for emergency operation due to broken ankle. Should have asked for accessible suite. The edge of the walkway was too high and there was no accessible ramp close to my room. Or anywhere I could see close by. Walking on crutches was already dangerous enough with the use of one leg. We were at the very end of the rows of rooms closed to the restaurant on the property. Far from front desk. The room however was super clean, and everything I needed was there. Updated spaces that were pleasant.

This place has a crazy beautiful view. The rooms are clean and large. There’s a miss Nespresso machine in every room.!! Great value for your money!! Definitely recommend it and stay here again!
