Our check-in was an hour late, and we waited in the lobby for almost an hour, being told more than once that it was "just another 5-10 minutes". The receptionist was nice but I think was saying "5-10 minutes" to keep peace but if they had just said it could be about an hour would have just been better because then we would have got a snack somewhere or something, instead of just sitting around. Once we were in, the room was clean, amenities were nice, and the beds were comfy to sleep in.

Great location and breakfast as usual. We stay at this hotel often. We were surprised that our room did not get cleaned. Was the first time that happened. I did report to the front desk. Not a big deal, but unusual.

✨The staff is very helpful & kind to accommodate last minute arrangements… clean rooms, the only thing is that we stayed here for 3 days and the breakfast was the same for all 3 days.. except for that everything was good..👍✨
