After we check in, I have to ask the maintenance to change our beddings when we got in our room. It wasn’t change you can see white spots on top of it. I have to clean the microwave too, theres alot of food debris inside it. You can see alot of food and drinks spots on some part of the walls. The shower curtain is a bit slimy on the bottom part. The washroom floors are not that clean and the sink is clogged.

There is only a latch lock on the door, making you feel unsafe. Especially when you stay on the ground floor and there are people smoking outside your window. Staff were not very kind and weren’t keen on answering questions, such as charging a $100 fee upon arrival and are unable to provide a refund date/estimate. Hotel room was fine: not visibly dirty but the sink and bathtub were in poor condition, leaving behind marks of white liquid spread across both.

Price is affordable! Rooms are good. Convenient and not far to Clifton Hill and Niagara falls. We travelled with my in-laws who’s already 80years old and they enjoy the area. Recommendable!

It doesn’t have socate to charge two phone together where i have to unplug fridge and the length of bed is too short where my feets were hanging outside the bag. I am Unsatisfied with facilities where i spent 300$ total. I am not going to book again where i missed the opportunity to book hotels like ramada and more which more fruitful compare to this hotel
