Booked a hotel for work through Expedia. pre paid to simplify my journey. My flight out at 8am was cancelled due to mechanical issues. The next flight out got me in late and would have missed all three meetings I had. I rescheduled my meetings and flight but the hotel would not budge on refunding the charge. I let them know as soon as I was aware but there was no movement. If I had booked regular with payment at the hotel I would have been fine. Will never stay here in the future due to their inflexible policies. For a hotel near the airport this is unacceptable.

Great staff, close to airport, close to a mall and Asian dining options. It’s about 30 minutes to downtown with Uber but the hotel is close to the train station. Safe to walk at night.

Perfect location to explore Richmond, B.C., especially the Chinese restaurants. There is a variety of Chinese, as well as other Asian food options within walking distance. The train station to downtown Vancouver is nearby and provides a good alternative to driving there. Hotel has very basic offerings and will only provide cleaning service every third day, unless you ask. If you need something, you have to ask the front desk, the cleaning people will not provide them to you directly if you ask them when outside your room.
