Strata is clean, free parking and is good value. Happy hour could be improved, turn the lights down, have a bar person and play some music.

The people above had a large dog that ou could hear crossing the floor. We could hear people talking. Opening some doors in the hallway squeaked. Thought breakfast was included but you had to pay for it.

While the hotel is nicely renovated very clean, we had no working wifi (this is our third stay here, same problem every time). The receptionist made us call a 1-800 number to resolve the issue, which took a while. Not the way a guest should be spending their time on the premises. Also, we had to. Also we had to call maintenance to fix the heater that wasn’t working. Front desk staff was indifferent and not courteous.

Very nice and clean hotel room. Newly renovated. Bed was comfy. Room was very big, not expected from the outside. Staff was very helpful, and a great recommendation for supper. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying again!
