my room had some sort of buzzer device, near the heater/thermostat, and it would cycle on and off all night, staying on for a few minutes each time, and interfering with sleep. My wake up call was for 6:30 am, which I got, but they also sent a wake up call at 6:00, which I had not asked for. I was told I would have a shuttle to the airport for 7 am. but it did not arrive til 7:20, and then the staff and driver tried to lie and say they HAD been there at 7 am, which was not true, since I was standing there ready at 6:50 and there was definitly no shuttle. They apologized and admitted they were running late. But- the room was very neat and nice, great bathroom facilities, good location.

I had a very good room that I would give high marks, however there was a problem with one of the bedside lamps. The on off switch didn’t work and it appeared that the light was being turned on and off by turning the light bulb in and out. Not a big problem but it should have been tested by staff. However, I would definitely stay there again in the future.

The hotel is right under the flight path, which made it difficult to sleep. I was disappointed that there wasn't a bottle of water in the room, which is standard at other hotels.

The location being next door to the airport was what I was focused on as we’d only be there for 12 hours and I had a $166 credit on my profile; however I didn’t realize we were in the direct flight path for the landing strip. Most airport hotels are based outside of these high traffic areas and although it didn’t bug my roommate at all (they take sleeping pills), I was woken up every time a large plane flew over (every 1.5-2 hours). The hotel itself is older and looks to be updated with basic materials. Otherwise the staff was courteous and kept the place well maintained. The airport shuttle was easy to book and the driver was good. It’s not a 5 star so don’t expect butler service or anything fancy, you’re paying for a clean and safe place for one night. Any longer than that, pay a little extra for a different hotel up the street that isn’t situated at the bottom of a runway. That would be my only reason to avoid staying here again but it may not bother you.

Overall, it was a nice stay. Would mainly recommend for short stays or layovers. Will have to bus or drive if wanting to get anywhere, not a great option for walking around places. The hotel was fine (didn't really us much outside my room) but its quite odd for people on the 5th floor having to tak multiple elevators to get there and the 2nd elevator is really slow (took the stairs after the first time). The room was nice, had a microwave and usable minifridge, which was a big plus for me, but the shower was a bit dirty. Lastly, I actually didn't hear too many planes even though it was so close to the airport but the soundproffing from the hallways was no up to par. Lots of slamming and loud people during the evenings. So again it was finr for my short stay but would not recommend for much longer.

Room was good. Service was mostly good. Security cards didn’t work so I had to return to desk. 3 out of 4 cards failed. Called for ‘24 hr’ shuttle to pick me up at airport. Unfortunately no one answered. Called twice - no answer, no message - back to menu. I had to pay for a ride to the hotel. Desk clerk first said she was there the whole time then said she was doing something else. Couldn’t credit me because I paid through Expedia. Morning staff tried to comp me breakfast but I had to leave.
