my room had some sort of buzzer device, near the heater/thermostat, and it would cycle on and off all night, staying on for a few minutes each time, and interfering with sleep. My wake up call was for 6:30 am, which I got, but they also sent a wake up call at 6:00, which I had not asked for. I was told I would have a shuttle to the airport for 7 am. but it did not arrive til 7:20, and then the staff and driver tried to lie and say they HAD been there at 7 am, which was not true, since I was standing there ready at 6:50 and there was definitly no shuttle. They apologized and admitted they were running late. But- the room was very neat and nice, great bathroom facilities, good location.

Comfortable beds, nice little bar and restaurant with decent food. Good airport shuttle service. Very pleasant front desk staff. Great place for an over night stop over when flying.

The bed was so comfy and the room was nice and quiet. I was hoping for a bathtub, not an open shower with a finicky temperature lever. Next time I’ll be sure to check my room type. Also there are no good restaurants within walking distance. Do NOT go to “Arizona”! These are obviously minor issues. Everything else was excellent!

Room was not clean. Boogers on wall by headboard. Paid parking only. Paid 200 for a really crappy room...dirty and could hear everything going on in other rooms...and the airplanes taking off every couple minutes didnt help either! Was very disappointed and will never stay there again...and probably not any other best westerns from here on in either. Waiting for my damage deposit bsck....and hopefully an adjustment on the nasty room!!

The hotel is a little run down, but not too bad. There was a strange fishy smell just outside my room, but thankfully, it didn't extend into my room. I like that there are no carpets in the rooms, which makes things cleaner. It was a comfortable place to rest my head before an early morning flight.
