Check in was good and staff were friendly. However, no towels, shampoo, or bathtub slip mat in the room…had to request these items. Rooms/furniture are older but it was clean. Bed was comfy.

This hotel was satisfactory for our needs. While the outdoor carpet and floors outside of our room were not in good condition at all, our room was clean and comfortable. People staying there were friendly. It is a budget hotel and was what I expected. I would stay there again.

The tiles on the bathroom floor cover up serious problems with the water/sewer system. Stepping on the bathroom floor brings water up through the tiles. Using the shower creates puddles coming up through the tiles. There is a constant sewage smell in the bathroom, and at times all through the property. There is also no fan in the bathroom to help dissipate the smell. Burn holes in the bedspread and dirty walls completed the stay. We will not stay here again. As an aside, the ‘breakfast’ consisted of stale cereal, dry bread to toast yourself, a couple single serve yogurts not very good coffee. The hot tub listed on the site hasn’t been working for at least 2 years, not that we would have used it with the horrible sewer stench that pervades the property.

The room that I stayed in was very rundown. Blankets were torn, tub was dirty. It wasn’t a good experience and I would not return. The staff was very nice and the price was very cheap but you get what you paid for I guess.

Ok. The price is excellent and you could not find a motel for less I am sure. Two big beds was a bonus. Even a kitchen room which we required. The bathroom had mold in the windows etc and needs updating.. Maybe it is a B.C. thing with the dampness. I just had a feeling it was not thoroughly cleaned for the next guests.. Toilet roll was almost empty and dish soap was close to empty.. Free breakfast in the morning so for the money it is a good value.

The lock on the outside door didn't work so we did not feel safe all night. The bathroom door did not work. The place was very sketchy. We did not eat the breakfast - it was dry cereal and bread and the bread had a bit of mold on it. I guess you get what you pay for. We are on a student budget and realized it would not be anything fancy, but we read pretty good reviews of the place so we had hoped it would be better.

First time staying in a motel and will never book one again. The rooms are in terrible condition. Door latch is broken in some of our rooms. Bathroom walls have holes, badly needed maintenance. Some rooms have smell maybe from the carpet. Some people in our party got bit by insect in the 45-minute stay in the room. Area going to rooms is dirty. We had dinner and afterwhich we checked out. The front desk was kind enough to extend a partial refund which we appreciate.
