The property far exceeded some of the reviews I read. My room was updated and extremely comfortable. Every member of the staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, was accommodating. I will definitely stay at this property again when I return to Vancouver!

Staff are terrific. Helpful and friendly. The public areas of the hotel are lovely and well kept. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The bathroom and plumbing need updating desperately. Great location except the hospital is next door so ambulance sirens can be heard all day and night

The bathroom was not clean and was not very comfortable. To be more specific, the bathtub was blackened and the tiles were noticeably blackened with what looked like mold, so it did not feel clean. The location is convenient as there are restaurants nearby.

I was dissatisfied with the room to which I was initially assigned. However, the staff immediately sought to rectify the issue and in mere minutes. My new room was clean, spacious and comfortable with an amazing panoramic view. Every member of staff we encountered was warm, efficient and eager to go the extra mile. This will be my first choice of hotels on any future trip to Vsncouver. Well done!

Next to Hospital
Good size room with separate king size bedroom, important for health reasons. Kitchen reasonably stocked except needed paper towel or wash cloth, and paper napkins. Perfect location for our hospital visits.

The views were great from the top floor, and it was easy to walk to public transportation and plenty of tourist activities. However, being on the top floor meant the water took longer to warm up; it did get hot after letting it run.

Cleanliness of suite was excellent. Convenient to walk to attractions and dining. Gated pay parking on site. Noisy sirens from hospital next door are constant. We played white noise to muffle noise while sleeping.

very old condition, worst elevator!
there are few things really that were not good: bathroom condition! it was really old and off! the flush took forever to get the toilet clean! the shower was super low, make it very uncomfortable to stand. The bathtub was old, the shower curtains were not clean! the fan noise was like an helicopter! for a 3.5 star hotel in downtown, I think they need renovation for their bathrooms! AND the WORST part was that elevators where super slow and only one of them worked at a time (30 floors)!!! the front desk was very nice. The location is great. also I would appreciate if they add parking price in their details, which was $17 CAD

The staff was excellent at all levels, so friendly, so helpful, so capable. Unfortunately though, there was a system wide problem with not enough hot water available that had to be worked on. Also, our bathroom’s fan didn’t work, and they said parts were on order. Otherwise, all was amazing, and I definitely stay there again. Very comfortable. We had a full kitchen.
