Fantastic location. We needed to leave a day earlier than expected and lost a nights cost because they do not offer refunds. This is a great place to stay and we had a great time here.

The reception was unfriendly, he asked us extra pay for one more guest ( the room was for four and we were four) but he didn’t upgrade our room. The AC was so noisy that we couldn’t sleep and the balcony didn’t have screen doors to keep open.

My parents were celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary and I asked twice t have some think special done for them. The messages were passed on but unfortunately the house staff did not acknowledged my request. My parents also said the property was average for what they were expecting. They are not coming back and I certainly do not want to book the accommodation there either.

Overall, the property was great. Our room was nicely furnished; TV was little old but besides that it was terrific. There was a jet bath tub thing next to our bed which I found a little odd at first but the simple transition between bed and bath was great fun while also watching TV. The surrounding area was great. It's pretty much in the middle of Whistler Village so it was close to everything and anything would probably be in walking distance. The only downside was that parking was an absolute pain to park in if you are lucky enough to even find a spot.
