A beautiful Inn, with very clean rooms. A nice sauna and hot tub that we enjoyed in the rain. Easy to walk around for dining or strolling.

Great location
Great place, excellent location in the village. Very accomodating and friendly staff. Room was clean and updates had been made. The only negative was the bathroom sink would not drain properly so filled up when trying to wash up. Also, 2 of the outlets in the kitchen didn't work so if you ran the coffee machine then you had to plug in the toaster and kettle in the bathroom area.

Hotel needs to improve in communicating info hotel services and surrounding areas like parking rates in area not only their own. I got info from another hotel; customer service lacks in giving info like hotel facilties (time etc); wifi password arent discussed though its presumed in the card other hotels has a printed info to inform their clients about hotels -all info needed I'm disappointed that such info I need to call therice just to learn its in the card given-clients travel hours and sometimes giving such info outright is helpful-not presuming that they would know- we travelled 2.5 hrs just to get to hotel and giving this info is better than presumption- I gave my feedback in written form too-

Our three days at Whistler was a wonderful fall getaway. The staff at Whistler Inn and Suites were so welcoming, attentive and friendly, and offered to upgrade us to a loft room when one came available. We enjoyed the indoor and oitdoor hot tubs and the location allowed easy access to shoos, restaurants, bike paths and trails. We highly recomnend Whistler Inn and Suites.
