It was average. Lunch/Dinner was bland. Breakfast was great! Massage was great. If you just want to sit by the pool beach, this is the place for you. In my opinion, it was boring in terms of not having anything to do on the resort activity wise! Service by the pool for drinks/food was incredible! Didn’t feel like it was worth the money we paid being average. Will try another place next time we visit!

The staff at this resort is outstanding! Maggie and Arturo took great care of us during our stay! They were kind, thoughtful, and attentive to our every need! And Marco at the smoothie section is AMAZING!!! Seriously. This was my second visit and I highly recommend it! The price and value make this location an absolute steal!

Overall the property and resturant were all good. Very nice and friendly staff. My only complaint is the drinks were so watery, it was like a lot of suger and color but no taste. I had to order beer just to avoid the huge suger intake!. Breakfast was very good, with a lot of options.

We choose the Aqua Club Level and don’t feel like it was worth the upgrade. The room was decent except for the shower. It was very small and very little water pressure. The aqua club level was nothing impressive. The dining was limited. The only option was food along the beach walking areas or sit down restaurants with a limited menu. They only had buffet one night while we were there. So we had to order room service most nights. Entertainment was limited. I would have like having music played while relaxing at the pool. The cabanas were an up charge. Overall the experience was about a 6/10. I would prefer a better shower, more buffet dining and more food selections.

I just returned from my 4 night stay at Live Aqua. My first impressions were, "wow, nice lobby, great zen smells, courteous staff, and warm welcome. " The oceanfront room was nice, but not really oceanfront. There were lots of tree obstruction and being on the 2nd floor gave us more of a view of the construction workers fixing the buildings roofing areas. The beach was full of seaweed. I don't know what other reviewers were talking about. There was little to no outdoor activities. This resort is couple focused and quiet. However, the infinity pool was impressive. As for the food... MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT! Breakfast was the only decent meal. The smoothie bar was good but only available during breakfast. The restaurants basically had the same food. The sushi was popular. Room service while quick, was limited an communication or understanding my request was a hit or miss.The only thing that saved me and my daughter was the daily afternoon grill. The ribs were great. I would say the staff is the major highlight here with the exception of top management. I lost my footing on a step and fell on my way back to my room. Someone from the conseige and security came to my aid. I bruised my knee and my foot swelled. I received a bag of ice and my knee was poorly wrapped with no ointment or treatment for the abrasion. I never received a call from mgt. My daughter had to go back and forth to get ice from the bar. I did voice my displeasure directly to management and just got an I'm sorry.
