Not impressed....My spouse has mobility issues, and I requested a first floor of the hotel. I was charged Extra ($10..00) for a room on first floor for handicapped. Why are people with mobility issues pay more for a room.!!!!! Will stay away from Comfort Inn..

I originally booked a room with two beds, listed for 147 a night and ended up getting a room with a queen bed and a sofa bed and over 50 over the price listed. Total rip off

Room was clean. Staff was super nice. I didn't like the breakfast too much though and no elevators in the building. Nothing to watch on the cable TV. Everything else was great!

The Comfort Inn staff were great. Hotel was very clean. The rooms are stuck in the 90’s, it really could use updating. Toilet didn’t work properly. Beds are small but comfortable. Office chair was all ripped up & not comfy at all, not that it mattered much. I’m glad we only stayed one night here, not really worth what we paid. But overall it was ok for the night, it was close to everything we needed to do. There is tons of shopping very close but you need to drive, it’s not walkable.

rooms 208 209 and 211 all dirty 211 smelt like smoke and the hotel did nothing about it until the last night , changed to room 240 hotel smelt dirty was dirty room 208 was filthy mattress horribly hard in 209 honestly just a horrible visit

the hotel was dirty we had our family there 3 different rooms m i ( Sandra Day) booked the 3 rooms one room had a fan broken causing a horrible smell of smoke (211) and they would not address it until our last there where they finally changed the room to 240 room 208 and 209 we dirty one bed had a horrible mattress honestly it was just bad all around
