I was so disappointed with the concrete view. It was a cityview when I made reservation, but I could see only the concrete wall and some machine in 4th floor. However I paid $602 for 2 nights. I was not happy with it.

The duty manager Syed was very impolite and rude. People like Syed shouldn’t be in hospitality business if they don’t know how to talk to customers. He didn’t listen to us and talked as if he didn’t care about us. He ruined our mood and first day of our stay. Otherwise the hotel is very nice and clean.

Stayed here for 2 nights with the family, including 3 kids. Property is away from the hustle and bustle of Clifton Hill though very walkable. Facilities were very clean and rooms have been updated since the pictures on the website. Very nice shallow pool available outside as well that the kiddos loved. Would certainly stay again.

We stayed here for our first trip to Niagara Falls. It was in the perfect location, at the top of the hill with all the dining and fun options right there. We travelled with two kids ages 9 & 12. They loved the pool and I loved the large hot tub that was attached. They have both indoor and outdoor pools. We did not eat at the resturant on site but it looked nice and offered a $20 breakfast. The room was much nicer than in the pictures, they must have redone it since the photos. We had a double queen room. All the views from every room are of the city. You cannot see the falls from the room because of trees but you can see the weekend fireworks from your room. We were on the 4th floor and saw them unexpectedly the second night after treking down there the first night. Staff was nice, hotel was immaculately clean and the beds were comfy. Elevators were larger than most and quick. I know in this area many people complain about elevators taking so long but this hotel did not have that issue. Starbucks is right next to the parking lot so that was nice too. We paid the additional $20 per night plus tax to park our car on site, I preferred that and have the ability to go out and check it or grab something from it than parking down the road and saving $5.

The place says near horse shoe falls but it is far from horse shoe falls and no view. Gave us a room that see the parking lot. Very nice view of the parking lot
