Hope there was a designated smoking area for the property. There was a power outage during our stay and the guests a few rooms from ours started smoking just right outside their rooms.

All looks very old and outdated. Rooms are really small with bad odor inside. Beds are not comfortable and noisy. Pillows small and looks like they weren't replaced since inn were constructed. Room door is hard to open. Magnetic keys are not working. Not recommend to anyone. .

When I booked this property it was a last minute booking when we clicked bookings for today, we did not realize that if you click that after certain time it books the following day. When we showed up to stay close to midnight, the lady at the desk informed me that if we click book today, but it’s after certain time it will automatically book for the following day. She said to contact them the next day and we could either have a refund or we could get a credit because they had no rooms that night. We did that and they said no I’m just kept all money and didn’t even give us a credit. So we never got to stay there due to a software issue which they were aware of. We would’ve happily taken another day and just move the reservation, but they refuse to do that as well. This absolute lack of consideration towards clients is the reason I will never ever stay there again. If someone wishes to contact me about this, I will happily reassess my review.
