Okay stay
The overall look of the hotel was nice and it was easy to get to from the freeway. The room had a funky smell to it, it felt stuffy, and the plumbing in the bathroom sink and shower were not good. The price was not worth the quality of the hotel. The restaurant attached to it was delicious!

We just stayed for 3 nights and the hot tub was broken the entire time. We spoke to the maintenance person on the first day and he said “I have no idea what to do” to fix it. So, it never got fixed. They don’t even clean the rooms daily anymore, you have to ask. They jacked the prices way up for the Taylor Swift concert but their service didn’t go up. The beds are so hard, we were so sore every morning. Probably won’t stay there again.

Hotel property definitely needs upgrade on furniture and do better on cleanliness. The bathtubs and showers need replacing. We unfortunately found a bug crawling in the tub as I was about to shower.

Perfect for a Swift weekend
Came to Vancouver for Eras Tour weekend. Called in the morning and was told early check-in wasn’t possible due to business of the weekend, but when we arrived at 11:30am to park the car Brenda at the front desk checked us in no problem without us even asking. We were happily surprised and so grateful! We were also given a $26 meal credit so we had lunch at Moxie’s on site, which was also great.

Excellent location near the freeway. The location isnt that inspiring but if you just need a place to sleep , it's perfect.The beds are very comfortable and its a very quiet hotel.The staff are very friendly.

The room was fine, but there was a spotlight shining right in our window all night long, with insufficient window coverings. In addition the recycle centre for the complex was outside our window so we got to listen to glass bottles being tossed into the bin after 11:00 p.m. and the general location for gathering outside and smoking was very close to our window which meant loud gatherings of people. Three nights of the above means we came home very tired and cranky. We won't stay there again and won't recommend it to anyone
