Modern Downtown Condo with Large Sunny Patio

THE LIVING SPACE:
Our modern boutique-style condo in "The Union" building at 517 Fisgard Street incorporates urban living with Victoria's historical beauty. The building is located at the foot of Victoria's Chinatown and Old Town districts with a 99% walking score to the never ending list of amenities and attractions. Our picturesque harbour and Johnson Street bridge are steps away from the building. Location, convenience, and quality surroundings make this the ideal location for your stay in Victoria!

Our one bedroom/one bathroom condo is 510 square feet with a fresh and welcoming living space. The unit is quiet as it has a large south-west facing private patio overlooking the buildings' 6,000 square foot landscaped courtyard garden below; making it perfect for any relaxing getaway or business accommodation.

The bedroom has a luxury queen size bed and the living room has a double pull-out sofa bed - both with high quality linens and pillows. To ensure you are comfortable, we also provide a 50" 4K TV with blue sky cable; Google Assistant; in-suite laundry, a furnished balcony to enjoy year round; as well as a work station charging area and free wi-fi. So whether you want to pack in as many activities as possible, or just relax and kick back, coming home to our condo will ensure that your Victoria stay is relaxing and worry-free.

GETTING AROUND:
Everything is so close - a car is not needed.

If you’re eager to explore more of Victoria, there are public transit and taxi stops right outside the building. There are also tour buses, carriage rides, water taxis, kabuki cabs, or kayak and bike rentals are available for our more adventurous explorers!

PARKING:
Parking is free in Victoria, between 8 pm and 8 am everyday and free on Civic Holidays. On Discovery Street between Wharf and Government Streets there is 2 hour free parking.

There are City parkades and Robbins parking lots throughout Victoria that offer hourly and daily rates (please check signage for rates). The City parkades are less expensive and the closest one is less than 300 meters walk from the condo - the Centennial Square Parkade at 645 Fisgard Street. It offers covered/secure spots with hourly; all-day; and overnight parking.

The place was perfect. Everything we needed was there and it was very clean and just as described. The patio is sunny and inviting and the kitchen and bathroom is well supplied. Great Unit and Location
The unit is very well maintained and central to everything. The temperature control in the suite was not very efficient there is no External Air Conditioning we found that the Water unit tends to require a lot of attention. Not sure haw it would be in the hot summer. We really enjoyed all the other amenities and the area. Would stay again.

Perfect Location!
We had a lovely time in Victoria, lovely where we stayed and relaxing outside space. The location was perfect walking to main places and we felt very safe! Great coffee and bakery below. Bring your own coffee if wanting a pot, lots of tea! Just disappointed that no pots to cook with that we saw. Definitely would come back!

Stayed with my sister for a week. One of us had the couch and the other the bedroom. Was during a heat wave, but with the patio doors open and fans running was all good. Really well set up kitchen made eating in easy. Communication was excellent with property owner. Location was fantastic - most things within an easy walk, and in the heart of China town with great dim sum accross the road. Surrounded by great coffee options - Habit, Hey Happy and Bean Around the world - we were spoiled for choice! We parked a block up the road in the parking building which was $15/ day.

Bright, sunny downtown condo
The condo is in a dynamic location with a french bakery next door on the street level. It is light-filled and cozy for sleeping and socializing. We had family staying there and they enjoyed the unit tremendously and, in the evening, we played games, talked and had a good time without hearing anyone else in the other apartments. We were fortunate to have our friends staying there during the Lunar New Year celebration so we could go downstairs and watch the Dragon Dance on the street!

Perfect unit and location
