Two issues for me. No outlet for charging on the right side of the bed. Only on the left. My husband had to drag the plug for his CPAP across the mattress to my side of the bed. The HVAC was super noisy and the filter needed cleaning. Super disappointing

My room was lovely. I lucked out into a corner suite overlooking the Parliament buildings and city. The staff were all very friendly and kind. Everything was in good shape. Particularly loved the toiletries spa like vibe.
