We came in early as we arrived from the ferry and they let us check in early since our room is ready. Parking was easy. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

The place is immaculate! Looks recently updated...new furniture, carpet, kitchen appliances. If you can afford, get bayfront room, or looking toward Parliament building. We upgraded to a partail view...the James St bridge is cool! Neon blue at night. Unfortunately, this room also afforded us a view of a park where homeless tent condo is set up. Noisy in the evening 9 to midnight.

This is a don’t judge a book by its cover hotel! The outside looks nice but the inside is amazing. The location and water front views are stunning. We will definitely be back !

This property has a phenomenal location (for walkers or drivers) - it is close to everything downtown, all the water activities, Chinatown, and other great landmarks. Could not ask for a better property. Rooms were new and well managed. Staff was so nice and accommodating. Really first class. And yet fair rates. Was the perfect location for our vacation. Highly recommend.

Perfect location, central to everything! It's easy to walk to Chinatown, the wharf, mall, and there are so many restaurants around. Our room was clean and had a beautiful view. It was a great stay.
