I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed. The bed in my room was completely sagging and sunk in the middle, making it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. I ended up having to sleep on the floor, which was uncomfortable and not what I expected from a hotel stay. The most important thing for me in my stay at any hotel is sleep. I don’t need the hot tub, the gym, and the pool amenities or anything around the vicinity that this hotel offers. If i cant even have a good sleep and my neck and back ends up hurting, then what good is it. The lack of maintenance and attention to such a basic aspect of the experience is unacceptable. I won’t be returning. Additionally I found the pool staff to be quite rude particularly the lady at the desk, I felt she was rude, spoke to me like a child and was homophobic to my boyfriend and I. The pool staff made me feel quite discriminated against. I will be leaving a google review as it relates to this experience.

Stayed just one night as we transitioned from downtown Vancouver to North Vancouver. I actually think we should have stayed here first. The seabus was fast, easy and reasonable between downtown Vancouver and this hotel. This side is definitely more low key if that is what you need. Thank you for the early check in and comfy bed. Some good options for coffee and food nearby.
