Fine, but overpriced for the quality and issues
Overall look and feel of the hotel was fine. But the rooms had a lot of issues: chair couldn’t be sat on because it was broken, shower curtain couldn’t close properly, shower’s hot/cold indicators were backwards. And our cards kept getting demagnetized. For the price we paid (570$ CAD for 4 adults, 2 nights), I would never go back there.

We checked in and shortly checked out. Upon entering the room, we had our concerns. However, when we turned the bathroom light on and we saw two little roaches scatter, we immediately decided to check out. It was the first time we’ve booked at this location and it will be the last time.

The lobby was full of loud kids running around every time we walked through. The guy at the desk upon check in was not at all friendly. The fan in the bathroom didn't work, the towels are very rough (even for hotel towels) and the blanket was not clean. The ladies at check out were friendly even though there were fire alarms going off an kids running around.

Disappointing Stay - Needs Urgent Renovation I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the condition of the property. The images online are outdated, and the reality is far from what's advertised. The carpets are worn out and desperately need replacing, while the wallpaper is peeling off in several areas, giving the rooms an unkempt appearance. The overall environment of the hotel felt unsettling. There were some sketchy individuals hanging around the building, which made it hard to relax and get a good night's sleep. I wouldn't recommend this place unless they address these issues and make some much-needed updates.
