The beds were comfortable, which was the most important factor for me. The reception staff was polite and helpful. However, the restaurant on-site was a bit disappointing—both the food and service were average, and the overall operation seemed a bit uncoordinated.

Rooms were good Bathroom was very small Choice of shampoos and conditioner could use an upgrade Choice of morning tea or coffee Not the greatest In fact there was NO TEA The complimentary breakfast starts way too late at 7am I am in my meeting off premises by 7 am I did NOT USE ONE of my complimentary tickets However the view of the Rideau River Was very pretty

I absolutely loved this place. So relaxing in the chairs by the water. Loved waking up and going out on the balcony to enjoy the sunrise overlooking the calm water. It was exactly what I needed during my busy travels. I'm so glad I came across this place!

Our first room seemed like it was half renovated/decorated. I had to do a minor fix on the toilette (as well as the 2nd room we had). The rooms and facilities get 3 stars while the bathrooms get 2 stars. The breakfast get's 1 star. The layout was shoved into a small corner of the room. Not convenient when there are dozens of guests trying to get their food. The staff were great, they get 5 stars.
