This was our second stay at Holiday Inn Orange Lake Resort. We decided not to pay extra for a water park unit this time since we planned to be off site most days. We had a two bedroom/two bathroom unit on the lowest floor. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Unit was clean. A nice screened porch was perfect for coffee in the morning. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was helpful. The three kids; ages 8,7 and 6, loved the pools and water slides on the days we did stay on site. They each made two Christmas crafts one day in the atrium at the resort office. The area was decorated very nicely and staff was friendly and cheerful. We ate at Paison's pizza and Breezes restaurant a couple times each. Very good food. Overall, this was a great place to stay and we will be back.

Checked in to the unit the gave us , was run down - mold , washer was filled with water( for got to take a photo) , didn’t look like it was vacuumed. urine on the toilet . They definitely save the worst units for the third party bookings . Very sad . We are owners at this property and we brought it to their attention . They did put us in another unit

I celebrated my 47th birthday here. It rained the first night so we were unable to utilize the outdoor activities and was checking out the next day. The wonderful girl at check out advised me that we could extend our card free of charge and stay on site to enjoy the activities all day long!! I thought that was very unique and accommodating! We will spend our special occasions here from now on!

First time staying in this hotel and our experience was amazing. From staff to premises to cleanness.The hotel is situated in a very nice area, a LOT of dinning options within 5 min car ride ( even inside the property) and a LOT to do (H20 water park, food trucks, Disney outlets..) it’s definitely a nice option if you’re planning to go to the theme parks (15-20 min car ride). The only downside is this is “timeshare” kind of hotel… so just be aware. They make you sign a “contract” for a timeshare presentation and if you don’t go you’ll have to pay a fee ($50) but other than that we will definitely go back. 9.5/10

Property was amazing in itself. Room was perfect! We were literally right down the street from Disney so it was very convenient to go back and fourth throughout the day. Pool, Arcade, and bar were nice! ONLY CON: I did not know this was a timeshare resort! They show you all the amenities when you book but dont tell you that you wont have access to them without signing up for a timeshare presentation.
