Due to Microsoft big down their credit card machine was not working, staff says you have to get cash or find other place to stay !!!! I talk to his manager , it was not good talk Celling lights was not working, can’t work at night. At midnight says move to other room, I was for only one night …I can’t move to other room coz it’s talk lot of time for me and wife was sleeping. They don’t wants to change simple light bulb!!

Well my car got broken into in their parking lot and I lost all my documentation, other then that the staff was nice. When staying longer then one night, I didn't get the room cleaned, which is fine, but they should at least stock the room with new towels, and toilet paper. Other than that, it was a comfortable stay

All good, the only two issues (still important ones): 1 - The water in the pool is too cold. 2 - No much spaces for breakfast so we (family of 4 being 2 toddlers) ended up standing for long time until we could get a table. Other than that it's a great hotel.
