A gentleman at the desk, Sam, gave us great advice about not driving into Toronto, but taking the train from a nearby station and gave us a map. It was so much easier and better. And the staff was so friendly, so polite. Great breakfast. Comfortable beds. A wonderful place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Areas for improvement would be related to coffee and juice at the breakfast bar. They both tasted a bit watered down. I would recommend this hotel to families and other travellers.
