The stay was great the room was amazing, the little detail of my name being on the tv was an experience was something I didnt know I needed. The food options were great compared to other places ive stayed. The only complaint is that the pool looks very dirty and green, seems as if no one has used it, thus not being taken care of, and my last complaimt is the attendant on my departure in the morning seemed as if they had an attitude.

The staff are what makes this a stand out property. Everyone was friendly and helpful but in particular there were two stars. Leo and Marie both went above and beyond to be helpful to us with providing us with excellent local information and some small forgotten travel essentials. Leo and Marie are a great credit to your organization.

the food should be catered for all -- for those that don't eat pork like us we didn't eat any meat for 2 days of our stay because they only had pork. the building is outdated--needs renovation.

The rooms have a smell!! Front of the hotel and staff was extremely good!! The bathrooms were outdated!! The tap in the tub was old and wouldn’t move to on and off The carpets are so old and no cleaning was done and the sheets had a distinct smell which was disgusting. Why don’t the hotel spend money to upgrade the rooms and make clean the bathrooms.

The bathroom in the unit I got seems to fallen behind on repairs: - The toilet didn't flush. - The bathtub/shower controls were worn down and felt like on the verge of breaking off in my hand. - The front desk was completely unmanned when i arrived for almost 15 minutes, and I was standing there with another person who was waiting longer than I was. Everything else seemed pretty average, the lobby was nicely decorated.

Nice room. Was impressed with how full the kitchen is stocked. My only complaint is the pillows.. they suck. Feather pillows that your head just sinks into.. I prefer a firmer pillow.
